Refund & Return Policy – Budget with Milly
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it

It must be returned in the original packaging

The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at support@budgetwithmilly.com.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed and reflected
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us immediately.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, you must wait to receive the item and then request a return.
In certain special cases, we may be able to cancel an order after processing; however, a $20 courier cancellation fee will apply.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

If you’ve completed all steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@giftswithmilly.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@giftswithmilly.com with photos and order details.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

You will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item once received
If the item was not marked as a gift:

The refund will be issued to the original purchaser
Shipping (Returns & Exchanges)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable

If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
